At Baasa Foods, we take pride in delivering high-quality products with care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order was damaged in transit.
  • The product is expired or defective upon delivery.

Items must be:

  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by photo/video proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable goods past the delivery date
  • Custom gift hampers or combo packs
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special sales (unless damaged/defective)

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead.

    Refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges (3%) and any applicable handling fees.

    Delayed delivery due to courier delays, weather, or natural disruptions.
    Minor packaging imperfections that do not impact product quality or safety.
    Unclaimed orders or orders returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • The delivered product may slightly differ from the images shown on the website, which is not considered a defect or reason for return.
  • As orders are handled by third-party logistics providers, the delivery date is indicative and delays or early deliveries will not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
  • Our logistics partners do not contact prior to delivery to maintain surprise, and any delivery failure due to the unavailability of the recipient will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Delivery may not occur on Sundays or National Holidays, and refunds will not be provided for delays during these periods.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at support@baasafoods.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear images or video.
  3. Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with next steps.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. For cancellation requests, please email us at support@baasafoods.com with your order number.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by us only in case of wrong/damaged/defective delivery.
  • In all other scenarios, return shipping charges may apply.
